The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at URI provides learning opportunities to enhance the enjoyment, meaning, and direction of adult lives while developing a community of older learners. Classes run on a year-round basis with new offerings beginning every week. Categories of courses include current events, literature, history, music, science and wellness to name a few. In addition there are 10 Special Interest Groups including Walking, Golf, Technology, Movies, Mahjong, Book Group, Photo Friday, Writer's Group, Great Decisions and Bowling. Travel opportunities as well! Something for everyone! Membership is open to anyone 50+!
