    Event Description:

    Have you ever wondered if you could make a good kombucha at home instead of buying those expensive brands? If you can brew a cup of tea, you can ferment your own kombucha. We’ll discuss kombucha’s history and health benefits, demonstrate the process and answer questions. Participants will leave with a recipe, jar, and a kombucha starter – including a SCOBY (the culture used to ferment the tea) and starter liquid. This program is suited for adults. Meets in the Lattner Kitchen at Coogan Farm. Must register at least 48 hours in advance of program to ensure supplies.
