The Cheese Corner and Chef Anthony Caporale are teaming up to present a night of American Cheeses and Spirits. This ticketed event will pair 5 American made cheeses with 5 sample sizes of American made cocktails, spirits or beer. America has a long history of making cheeses and spirits. We look forward to showcasing our favorite combos of each! 

The Cheese Corner sells gourmet cheese, sliced to order, as well as charcuterie fixings, cheese platters, hosting gifts and accessories. Our cheese comes from all corners of the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. We can match any cheese to any flavor profile.

Chef Anthony is a multi-award-winning mixology author, educator, and consultant specializing in the history and science of alcoholic beverages.  He has been a Chef Instructor as well as the Director of Spirits Education and Research at New York’s top-ranked Institute of Culinary Education for over a decade, and authored the cocktail chapter of their groundbreaking cookbook, "Recipes for Innovation."
