Through simple, flowing lines and the magic of color, you'll learn to express what's within, without needing any words. It's a mindful drawing practice that helps to soothe your mind, reduce stress, and even shift perspectives.

In this relaxed and supportive workshop, we'll guide you step-by-step. You'll simply draw, color, and observe as your unique piece of art unfolds. Many find this process incredibly peaceful and releasing, offering a fresh outlook and a feeling of lightness.

To conclude our time together, we'll ease into a 30-minute relaxing sound bath, allowing the soothing vibrations to deepen your sense of peace and integration.

The entire experience will be 2.5 hours long.
