There will be performers of all ages, most of whom are WHS Graduates. We are delighted to have Robert Guarino, who will be coming back to Westerly to perform for the first time. He has had an illustrious opera career throughout the country. He has performed in many festivals including Tanglewood, The Boston Symphony , Wolftrap and the Opera Orchestra of New York. Marion Markham of Westerly and NYC will be performing. Marion is well known for her performances in" Shakespeare in the Park. Marion is also an accomplished singer. Speaking of Shakespeare, Harland Melter, Westerly's "Shakespeare in the Park," director and producer will be performing. Westerly's own Frank Pendola and Arthur Pignataro will be a wonderful addition to the show. Miss Jeanne Liguori and her daughter Lisa will be performing along with the Dance Line from WHS. Miss Jeanne and Lisa have worked tirelessly with the students and youth of Westerly for many years, and always delight their audience! Mr. Harrington, Westerly Middle School music teacher will have a group of students performing. Several other WHS alumni including Bradshaw Wish, Robert Liguori, William Quirk, Courtney Greenstein, Joseph Nigrelli and his band, including Officer Alecchio, and other alumni dance line members will add to the show. There will be a number by a group of current WHS students and a song by an upcoming star and 5th grade student Nicholas Trebesacci. It is certainly a large and varied cast who will get together at the end for a closing number. The music and dancing is very entertaining and will be enjoyed by all ages.
