Heal Local Holiday Fair

Announcing the first "Heal Local Holiday Fair", brought to you by East Meets Westerly, on Shop Local Saturday (November 30th, 2013)!
I am excited to announce this new event in downtown Westerly, sponsored and housed by Northeast Family Martial Arts and Precision Fitness! Hosted once again by Personal Circle Center for Awareness & Embodiment Clinic, I continue to aim to bring together our health & wellness professionals showing the town of Westerly what we have to offer collectively. This is a non-competitive event, and unlike the spring exhibition event, participants will be able to be vendors. Exhibitions, free healing arts demonstrations, music, food and fun!
 
The following are the requirements to be a part of the first Heal Local Holiday Fair:
- A non-competitive attitude towards the mission
- Must be a business/practice operating physically in 02891 (priority)
- Offer a clearly defined event-only discount/package
- Offer minimum of one (1) item representative of your business/practice for the 3 raffle packages (to be disclosed during registration)
- $50 registration fee (If before October 31st, after: $65.)
- Commitment to the duration of the event (10am-6pm)
 
What you get: (guaranteed for pre-registrants, will do my best after)
- Business listed on all printed material, except for shop window decals
- Listing on East Meets Westerly website (in progress)
- Full business listing in event program
- 6 or 8 foot table (if required, please specify)

- Print Materials (takeaways, flyers, posters, programs, Heal Local promo)
- Future East Meets Westerly planning
 
The Mission:
 
I created East Meets Westerly to bring together the diverse and concentrated health & wellness community we have in our town. We have impressively come together for 3 annual East Meets Westerly springtime events. We now have an opportunity to make another impression. I am honored to host. In the vein of Shop Local, Heal Local will showcase the importance of and success of an organized holistic community. Let's show other communities how it's done.
