Join us for an unforgettable evening with T.A. Breaux, New Orleans native and renowned absinthe expert, who spent over 30 years uncovering the secrets of this legendary spirit and helped lift the U.S. ban in 2007. Breaux, founder of Jade Liqueurs and co-author of Absinthe: The Exquisite Elixir, will share his fascinating journey through history, science, and revival of absinthe. The night also features an immersive, hands-on cocktail session led by industry icon Dale DeGroff, exploring absinthe’s role in cocktail culture.
The class will be accompanied by light bites.
