Love the idea of cooking in season vegetables, but are a bit intimidated by turnips? Learn the basics of cooking squash, parsnips, carrots, and even turnips to make them delicious and nutritious! Meets in the Lattner Kitchen at Coogan Farm. This program is suited for adults and older, interested children.
