Looking for something fun for your children, ages 5 to 12, to do while they are off from school? Have them join us for either a full or half day of nature fun as we explore minibeasts, invertebrates like spiders, snails, slugs, beetles, centipedes, worms, earwigs, caterpillars invertebrates. They live all around us in a multitude of habitats, even in our yards and in our homes. There are more invertebrates on earth than any other type of animal.. We will spend the day searching for these fascinating little creatures using microscopes, meeting animals and playing games around the Nature Center. Please have children bring a snack, water bottle, lunch and dress for the weather. Meets at DPNC. Please note different pricing for half day or full day program.
