In this class, you’ll learn how to make these meat substitutes not just palatable, but delicious. Tofu and tempeh are versatile and high in protein (10-16 grams per serving), but they can also be unexciting if prepared incorrectly. We’ll show you the basics through hands-on meal preparation and send you off a few flavorful fool-proof recipes. Meets in the Lattner Kitchen at Coogan Farm. This program is suitable for adults. Must register at least 48 hours in advance of program to ensure supplies.
