James Kuslan, Author & Artistic Producer, on Rigoletto
Mr. Kuslan will explore the fascinating contrasts inRigoletto as revealed by its characters’ conflicting claims of lustfulness, revenge and forgiveness. Employing rare sound clips, he will illustrate how music that is never ugly, but always beautiful can encompass melodramatic extremes of saintly goodness versus murderous villainy an depravity.
