As part of the Mystic Film Festival and our Military Matters Series, La Grua Center presents a screening of Tidewater on Thursday, October 3rd at 6:30pm, which explores how rising sea levels affect military readiness and national security.
Panel discussion immediately following with Roger Sorkin, director; Bob Ross, executive director of the Connecticut Office of Military Affairs; retired Navy Captain Paul Whitescarver, former commander of the Naval Submarine Base in Groton; and retired Navy Captain Robin Tyner, principal analyst at Sonalysts.
