Learn how to extend the season and save the fresh produce you love with this class that covers all different ways to preserve the harvest. We’ll discuss pickles, jams, olive oil preserves, lacto-fermentation, vinegar making, and dehydration. Based on what the farms have for us, we’ll preserve some produce together that you can take home with you to squirrel away!
