What to Expect on Your Journey (8:00 PM - 7:00 AM):

• Arrival & Grounding (8:00 PM - 9:00 PM): Begin your evening with a warm welcome. Settle into your cozy space while enjoying relaxing herbal teas and a delightful "Sleepy Chocolate" tasting, specially curated to calm your senses.
• Sacred Smudging & Intention Setting: We'll open the evening with a gentle smudging ceremony to purify the space and prepare your spirit. You'll then be invited to set a personal intention for your night of deep rest and contemplation, with an opportunity for journaling.
• Multi-Hour Gong Bath for Deep Sleep (9:00 PM - 1:00 AM): Drift effortlessly into a profound state of rest as the resonant vibrations of our powerful gongs envelop you. This extended sound journey is meticulously crafted to lull you into deep, restorative sleep, allowing your mind and body to fully surrender.
• Peaceful Sleep Break (1:00 AM - 6:00 AM): Continue your restful journey with subtle, continuous faint water sounds, providing a comforting and consistent backdrop for uninterrupted sleep.
• Gentle Awakening Sound Bath (6:00 AM - 6:30 AM): Emerge gracefully from your slumber as the harmonious sounds of gongs, shimmering crystal instruments, and delicate chimes gently guide you back to wakefulness, feeling refreshed and re-energized.
• Integration & Morning Rituals (6:30 AM - 7:00 AM): Take time to gently integrate your night's experience. Conclude your journey with warm, invigorating cacao or a choice of uplifting morning teas, preparing you for a harmonious start to your Sunday.

What to Bring for Your Comfort:

• A journal and pen (optional, but encouraged for intention setting).
• Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing suitable for sleeping.
• An eye mask (optional, for deeper darkness).

• Restroom access will be available throughout the night.
