The Westerly Community Credit Union is hosting a Free Home Buyers Seminar. The seminar will be held on April 30, 2012 at Westerly Community Credit Union, located at 122 Granite Street, Westerly, RI from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. The seminar will be presented by Jeanne Abate, WCCU Senior Mortgage Originator, Daniella Rizzo, WCCU Mortgage Originator, and Dan Liese, eXp Realty LLC, Broker/Manager in RI and CT, ABR, CRS, CRP, CDPE. Topics include: 7 steps to buying a home, the application process simplified, the inspection/appraisal process, WCCU Mortgage Programs, and what to look for in a Realtor. Refreshments will be served.
