Finding Winter Food
Senior Researcher Dr. Jason Mancini leads a winter ethnobotany walk. Learn how to identify and locate important foods for winter survival. Food and beverage samples are provided. Dress appropriately for the weather. Walk begins on the Farmstead. Limited space. Free with Museum admission, free to Museum members. Call (800) 411-9671 by January 21 to register.
