Description
Poetry Reading: Carla Panciera
Award-winning poet Carla Panciera, a Westerly, Rhode Island native, will read from her acclaimed poetry, including One Trail of Longing, Another of String, longlisted for the 2026 Massachusetts Book Award in Poetry. Panciera's work explores New England landscapes, family, memory, and place.
Born on her family's dairy farm in nearby Westerly, Rhode Island, Panciera writes with remarkable insight about place, family, memory, and the natural world. She is the author of five books, including three poetry collections.
A Q&A and book sale and signing will follow the reading.
