Hosted every three years by The Stonington Garden Club\, this popular event offers a rare glimpse of secret gardens behind the walls and gates of the borough's historic properties. Surrounded by salt water on three sides\, Stonington's charm began with settlement in the eighteenth century.\n\n \n\nWHERE /WHEN:  Seaside village location overlooking Stonington Harbor and Little Narragansett Bay in Stonington\, CT.    JUNE 13-14\, 10 am - 4 pm\, Rain or Shine\n\n \n\nATTENDANCE: Approximately 3\,000 visitors from NY and New England will tour the gardens\, visit shops and restaurants.  Complimentary parking and afternoon tea available.             \n\n \n\nMARKETPLACE:  A tented marketplace on the town green will feature a variety of booths offering home and garden d cor\, tools\, accessories\, crafts and plants.\n\n \n\nTICKETS:  $30 in advance\;  $35 day of tour.
