The $5.00 donation will go to the Terri Brodeur Foundation and be used for breast cancer research.\n\n\n\nBras for donation should be delivered to La Bottega in Building 15 in Olde Mistick Village. If the donor wishes to decorate the donated bra\, Marianne Esposito from the Terri Brodeur Foundation will judge the best decorated bra during the event. The winner will be presented with a $100.00 dollar gift certificate issued by Joyce Olson Resnikoff\, owner of the Olde Mistick Village\, to be used in any of the Village shops or restaurants. After the event\, the donated bras will be donated to the Women's Center of Southeastern Connecticut.\n\n\n\nAdditionally\, the Expo will feature experts and practitioners in Health and Fitness\, Relaxation Techniques\, Child Care\, Travel & Finance.\n\n\n\nThere will be activities for Dad and the kids too including Antique Cars in the village! Well known Connecticut musicians The Munsell Brothers Band\, Chris MacKay & The Tone Shifters\, Ron Drago\, Brain Mail and RI's Calabria Bella have generously donated their talent for the cause\, and will be performing in Olde Mistick Village during the Women's Health Expo.\n\n\n\nThe Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation is a unique\, local non profit group that directs 100% of gross fundraising to breast cancer research. Marianne Esposito\, Executive Director of TBBCF offers: "The Olde Mistick Village Health & Wellness Expo will be both fun and informative\, and a great way to spend a fall weekend. 'Bras Across the Village' is a special way to\n\nparticipate in Breast Cancer Awareness month! We are so fortunate to have OMV donate proceeds to TBBCF\, and 100% of our gross fundraising goes directly to breast cancer research."\n\n\n\nOlde Mistick Village shops will each donate a basket with product from their store valued in excess of $50.00. Attendees of the event will purchase raffle tickets ($1 for 1 ticket\, $5 for 7 tickets\, $10 for 15 tickets) and drop their ticket in the jar adjacent to the merchant's basket. All basket raffle proceeds will go to the Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation charity recipient as well. During the event\, tickets for the basket raffles can be purchased at any store in the Village or at Ticket Sale tables that will be set up at each of the Village entrances.
