DESCRIPTION:Ready to get fit and have fun this summer on the beach?\n\nI am excited to collaborate with Westerly Park & Recreation with the following classes at Westerly Town Beach:\n\n\n\nMondays in July and August\, 8 AM:  Sun n' Sand Stroll and Stretch\n\n    A low-impact\, lower intensity class with a focus on improving flexibility and balance with a light cardio workout.  Easy dance cardio moves combined with gentle yoga and Pilates postures to start your week off in the right direction.  Open to all - please bring a mat or towel and water.\n\nMondays in July and August 9 AM Kettle Bell Sculpt & Strength\n\n    Low impact with moderate to high intensity class designed to build your core strength and develop coordination and functional fitness.  Please bring a kettle bell or a dumbbell\, towel or mat and water.  Kettle bells\, weights and mats are available for rent as well on the beach.
