DESCRIPTION:Participants will learn how to create a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and also learn elements and techniques for making effective public presentations. Functions covered include use of design layout\, slide transitions\, custom animation\, grouping text\, inserting pictures from files and clip art\, inserting YouTube videos\, adding and deleting slides\, formatting slides\, adding page numbers and headers and footers. Presentation training includes 'Presenting the Presentation': scripting an introduction and conclusion and managing the elements of body language\, eye contact\, voice\, articulation and tone. After this course\, the student should be able to analyze\, design\, and develop solutions to business problems using Microsoft PowerPoint 2016.
