DESCRIPTION:Holiday Carnival\n\nSaturday\, December 06\, 2014 12:00 PM\n\n\n\n Family fun indoors and outdoors\, throughout Olde Mistick Village\n\n\n\nBack by popular demand is the horse drawn wagon ride by Fox Glove Farm from Old Lyme. Bring the whole family for a FREE ride around the Village.\n\n\n\nDon't forget   Santa will be on the Village Green to have his photo taken with your pet(s) from 1-4pm. This is your opportunity to get that special photo of the most important member of the family!\n\n\n\nJoin the 1st Annual Gingerbread House Contest by submitting your creation - click here for details. Join the fun on December 6th by getting a ballot and voting the People's Choice winners. Ballots can be secured by donation of a non-perishable canned good that will go to the Emergency Free Pantry at the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center. The top winner will be announced in the Meeting House at 6pm along with the 1st Place in each category. Cash "OMV bucks" will be awarded.\n\n\n\nCalling children age 9 and under only Santa's Workshop will be open from Noon to 4pm in the Meeting House for some special shopping just for you. Santa's elf\, Gumdrop\, will be there to help you shop in a store designed just for you. It's a special opportunity for youngsters to shop for their favorite folks. All items are under $10.\n\n\n\nThroughout the Village there will be FREE entertainment all afternoon. The ever popular stilt walkers and fire jugglers will delight young and old\, the Ladies of the Rolling Pin will have children dancing around the duck pond and choirs from Stonington\, Mystic and Montville will be leading the caroling. As always the Festive Brass will be playing in the Gazebo and parading around the Village.
