DESCRIPTION:Grand Opening/Ribbon Cutting -\n\nNursing Placement\, Home Health &\n\nHospice Care in Westerly\n\n \n\nNursing Placement\, Home Health & Hospice Care in Westerly will hold grand opening/ribbon cutting ceremony on May 9 at 10am at their 16 Granite Street Westerly location.   In addition to the ribbon cutting\, tours of the facility will be provided along with a raffle drawing of a $25 chamber of commerce gift certificate.\n\n \n\nNursing Placement\, Home Health & Hospice Care was founded on the belief that a strong caregiver-client relationship can make all the difference in a person's health and quality of life. \n\n \n\nWe have proudly served Rhode Island continuously since 1976\, and believe that the quality of our staff and the care they provide truly sets our organization apart. Whether you or a loved one need skilled nursing or rehabilitation services\, home health aide or homemaker services\, or hospice care\; Nursing Placement can help.\n\n \n\nAt Nursing Placement we believe that "Home Care is the Future of HealthCare."  Our highly qualified\, competent\, and caring health care professionals help clients achieve their treatment outcomes\, live safely and comfortably at home\, and offer peace of mind to those who care for them from a distance.\n\n \n\nIn June of 2013 Nursing Placement purchased an RV to reach into the communities we serve to find the best qualified caregivers for our clients.  The mobile recruitment vehicle travels throughout Rhode Island\, stopping at local events in search of qualified staff to add to our team of healthcare professionals. \n\n \n\nLast summer\, Nursing Placement participated in WaterFire 2013 by providing first aid care to the public and will do so again for the 2014 season.  Our trained nurses and health care professionals are on-site and prepared to assist anyone in need of immediate treatment.\n\n \n\nIn an effort to better serve southern Rhode Island\, Nursing Placement purchased Summit Health Services located in Westerly\, RI last October.  We have plans to participate in several local events this season.  We are excited to take part in the Pawcatuck Duck Race as well as the Relay for Life\, and Memorial Day Parade coming up this summer in Westerly.
