DESCRIPTION:The March Gourmet Dinner & Wine Tasting will be held on Friday the 18th at 6:45 pm.  Wines from Silverado Vineyards will be featured.\n\n \n\nTo start our elegant evening we will be serving Hors D'oeurves with the Miller Ranch Sauvignon Blanc.\n\n \n\nAn Appetizer of Iced Crab Louis featuring local Jonah Crab will be served with the Chardonnay. \n\n \n\nThe Sangiovese will be served with the First Course of Lux Feta & Walnut Salad with Spring Lamb Carpaccio and Pomegranate.\n\n \n\nAnd a wonderful Entr e of Bone in Aged Tenderloin with Rosemary Yorkshire Pudding and Truffle Peppercress will be served with the Merlot.\n\n \n\nThe Finale will be a delightful Nutella Fonduta with Biscotti\, Berries and Banana.\n\n \n\nThe cost per person is $60 excluding tax & gratuity.
