Stonington Garden Club is pleased to host &ldquo\;Gardens By The Sea\,&rdquo\; a walking tour of nine private gardens in the historic Borough of Stonington\, on Friday\, June 10\, and Saturday\, June 11\, 2022. &ldquo\;Artists in the Borough\,&rdquo\; a unique highlight of the 2022 tour\, will feature New England &ldquo\;Plein air&rdquo\; artists\, who will draw inspiration from our seaside village gardens and landscapes. The tented Marketplace\, located on Wadawanuck Square\, will have a variety of vendors offering garden accessories\, plants\, crafts\, clothing\, jewelry\, home decor\, and gift items. A Celebrity Lecture Series by Charlie Nardozzi\, nationally recognized garden writer\, speaker\, author\, and radio/TV personality\, will be offered each day from 1-2 pm at the Stonington Harbor Yacht Club and will be ticketed separately. In addition\, a special Preview Party will be held Thursday\, June 9\, at 6 pm at the La Grua Center and will also be ticketed separately.
\n\nGardens By The Sea will be open each day from 10:00 am &ndash\; 4:00 pm\, rain or shine. All tickets will be available online starting in March 2022. Tour \;tickets \;are valid for both days of the tour and \;are $35.00 in advance or $40.00 on-site the days of the tour. Each Celebrity Lecture is $25\, and the Preview Party ticket is $50.
