It will be presented by Jeanne Abate\, WCCU Senior Mortgage Originator (NMLS ID # 529809)\, and Heather Morrone\, Realtor at Coldwell Banker- Cahoone Realty. This workshop will explain the program\, qualification requirements\, and several properties will be available for viewing after the presentation.\n\n \n\nFor more information or to reserve your place by May 22nd\, please sign up via the Westerly Community Credit Union's website\, www.westerlyccu.com under events\, or call Heather Morrone\, Realtor- Coldwell Banker at 401-596-6333 x111 or email her at heather.morrone@coldwellbanker.com.\n\n \n\nWesterly Community Credit Union is approved to participate in the Federal Home Loan Bank (FHLB) Equity Builder Program\, and will receive up to $150\,000 in grant money to be used by the Credit Union to help secure first time home ownership for low to moderate income households. Awards of up to $15\,000 per eligible family are available on a first-come\, first-served basis until funds are exhausted. Households earning 80% of the area median income are eligible for this program. \n\n \n\nIn addition\, Westerly Community Credit Union is also offering $575 off closing costs\, as well as low fixed interest rates for first time borrowers.
