Live outdoor music throughout Downtown kicks off the festivities. Performance groups from Westerly and Stonington High Schools pave the way for Games\, Oktoberfest Celebrations\, Sidewalk Sales\, Open Air Alcoholic Beverages\, meet-and-greet with Elsa (Frozen)\, a children's mural and more attractions. Marc Douglas Berardo and Seatrail headline the music lineup at 8:00 pm! Shops are open late offering specialty sales and pop-up Caf s will fill the streets.
