DESCRIPTION:Bold r Dash   A challenging 5k military style mile obstacle course race.  It will test endurance strength and coordination.  3\,000 participants will gather at Misquamicut Beach on May 18 and 19 to face 20+ obstacles along a 5k running trail on the state\, town and private beaches.  Obstacles include walls\, cargo nets\, boulders\, chains\, mud\, etc.  The 2 day race will begin at 9am and festivities will conclude at 5.
