DESCRIPTION:WARM GALA RESCHEDULED\n\n \n\nIn   recognition of the effects that Superstorm Sandy continues to have on the Town of Westerly and the beach community\, The WARM Center has decided to postpone their annual GALA. The generosity of the people of Westerly has been focused on rebuilding of the beach and the WARM Center fully supports that effort.\n\n \n\nIn the current economy and in light of recent natural disasters\, it is difficult for our community to stretch its financial resources in so many different directions. We also recognize that without the beach as an economic driver for employment many of our neighbors will feel the impact in the upcoming summer season. In this regard\, WARM has rescheduled the GALA for October 18\, 2013 and will honor any tickets that have been sold to date. We will also gladly refund the cost of tickets or sponsorships to anyone who chooses to request a refund.
