REGISTRATION IS FULL
We are at maximum capacity for this program.
A full Harvest Moon will light the way as we look and listen for owls along the trails that wind through woodlands and a lush understory of mountain laurels. Born to Be Wild Nature Center will introduce some of their rescued owls as they discuss the natural habitat and behaviors of these magnificent creatures. We’ll set out in search of owls in the wild afterwards! A limited number of flashlights will be provided. Bring your binoculars and headlamp!
For all hikes be sure to wear shoes appropriate for natural conditions that may include rocks, roots and mud along the paths. In warmer months, come prepared with insect repellent for your comfort.
*Space is limited. Pre-registration is required. Contact Stacey to reserve your spot today! (401) 315-2610 or Education@westerlylandtrust.org
