We'll begin our journey in the Zen Zone with a ceremonial offering of Blue Lotus tea or smoke (optional, for those seeking enhanced relaxation and deeper dream states), revered for centuries for its tranquilizing and dream-inducing properties. Following this, immerse yourself in a profound 2-hour sound bath, where the resonant frequencies of crystal bowls, gongs, and other sacred instruments will wash over you, guiding you into a hypnagogic state ripe for lucid dreaming.

As the sound journey concludes, we will gently transition into the Newly Open Zen Salt Cave for a nurturing journaling and sharing circle.
